I edited the well-established Fall-Line Skiing magazine. I directed the editorial teams, and was responsible for every aspect of the magazines, from commissioning, finding and briefing new staff-members and freelancers, sub-editing, writing, illustrating and picture editing, organising trips and events for features, and keeping the team happy and productive.
 I also produced marketing material, ensured advertising fulfillment, and built newsstand and subscription sales.
 The small size but ambitious scope of the company allowed me a thorough understanding of the publishing process, and freedom over the tone, content, and design of the magazines. I am adept at last-minute creative problem solving.
