Illustrated maps

Overview

Adventure and travel magazines, books and films generally need maps, either static or animated. I made my own for the Seaside Donkey book and film, and was later commissioned to make the maps for the feature film Karun
Pirate maps featured monthly in Fall-Line Skiing magazine

Colour maps shown are in watercolour/gouache and ink. Animated maps are traced in sand, with inked detail added and animated in Adobe After Effects
