I went to Lao… several years ago

This isn’t news, it’s just me using this blog as a scrapbook! I just rediscovered an old travelling buddy on Facebook – one of those lovely people who you spend every hour with for a few days, and then you go to London and they go to San Diego, and you never see them again. Just one more thing Facebook is good at though, keeping hold of some of these ephemeral threads.
Anyway, I found Stephaney’s blog and looked for myself in it, because I am as self centred as the next person, and because it was nice to see what she’d recorded of the few days in Luang Nam Tha, July 2008. My own record is all in a little notebook – I went oldschool with paints and pencil crayons! I’ve got a scanner now, so I’ll put some up one day, and return Stephaney’s favour!
