Reluctant to stop my human-powered travelling when I had baby Osian in 2016, I made a short film called Wild Baby, of our travels around the Peak District.
We were commissioned to write for the New Welsh Review on the subject of maternal ambivalence and the struggle to bring up an outdoor child, an excerpt of The Effortless Poetry of the Toddler can be read online here and a follow-up blog called Untethered is here.
In 2018 Osian and I and a seven-month pregnant bump undertook a outdoor living adventure in the Cambrian Wildwood rewilding land, which became a TEDx talk.
